Home-made electronic instruments, circuit-bent children’s toys, percussion instruments, tape machines, contact microphones, modular synthesizers, MIDI controllers, computers (software: Reaktor), stereo speaker systems.

A band as a project by Paul Devens (instrumentation as described above), Roy Moonen (drums) and sometimes Audrey Lauro (alto sax and voice). Based on ‘agreements’, signs and graphic scores improvisations are developed with influences from noise, metal, improvised jazz and ambient. The band is a ‘system’ as well: the drums provide trigger signals which subsequently also control the synthesizers.
